Hong Kong Day #1

We really enjoyed our day in Hong Kong.  In fact, like Hong Kong very much and would like to come back someday when we have more time to enjoy it.  The city is big but so clean.  Everywhere we go, we are amazed at how clean it is.

We started off our day just the 3 of us exploring.  Our hotel is really nice and is attached to a very nice shopping mall.  The mall has every fancy, upscale store you could imagine.  We just walked around and window shopped for awhile then headed down to the water to watch all the boats.  After our morning outing we had a tour set up.  The bus picked us up and we went to the Village Peak.  We took a tram up a very steep mountain and the view of HK was really fun!  Although it was very smoggy and the  middle of the sidewalks, etc.  and pretty much complained most of the time...uggg... When we finally got back to the bus he fell asleep and slept through most of the tour.  After the peak we went to the Aberneen fishing village.  We rode on a Sampam boat and cruised aroud all the fishing boats.  It was interesting and Tai most likey would have enjoyed it.  Instead Mama and baba just lugged around our sleeping boy.  He woke up after the fishing village and the trip to the diamond market (no, Jason did not buy me any diamonds... boo hoo) just in time for the shopping.  We went to the Stanley market.  I could have stayed and shopped much longer but that is nearly impossible with my boys.  I did manage to snag a few things before we headed back to the hotel.  Tai fell asleep again on the bus and this time we could not wake him.  So he is sound asleep in our room and Jason and I just had some amazing Chinese room service for dinner!
We are all exhausted and heading to bed.  We are going to Disney in th morning!!!!!!
